This ought not to be legal action taken by Legal Aid SA. The government has established a commission and it should ensure that it is funded by whatever means necessary to arrive at the truth, without prejudicing the work of LASA or any other public service. But that may be naiveté on my part in that the government has devoted all its efforts to trying to conceal what may be the truth, in particular through attempts to withhold material evidence that may show pre-meditated murder on the part of the South African Police Service
